Building next week's schedule still takes hours by hand. Schedaddle's 8-step engine does the grunt work — you stay in control. It drafts a fair, fully-covered week; you adjust and publish.
Our engine tracks Shift Debt over a 4-week rolling window. It automatically prioritizes employees who haven't had a weekend off or an early start lately — so no one always gets stuck with the Sunday close.
New hires aren't just names - they're investments. Schedaddle tracks every 30-minute Training block in real-time. Once they hit their threshold, the system auto-graduates them. No manual flag-clearing required.
Never accidentally schedule someone during their Tuesday yoga class again. If they've marked it unavailable, the algorithm treats it as a hard wall. No exceptions, no awkward conversations.
The algorithm enforces a mandatory 10-hour rest period between shifts. No more accidental clopens — the schedule is legally sound before you even look at it.
If the algorithm can't fill a slot — say, no one's available to close — it doesn't silently skip it. It creates a flag and surfaces it directly to you.
New hires only get scheduled for Training shifts when a manager is verified present. No flying solo on the floor until they're ready.
Enter your forecast for the week — expected guests or revenue, typed in or pulled from last year's same week in your connected POS or booking system — and Schedaddle turns it into staff-hour and manager-hour targets, then builds the roster to hit that labor budget.
The last-year pull is a one-click Usewhen you've connected a POS or booking system. Manual entry always works.
Activate Games builds its weekly schedule in under 10 minutes — down from about 4 hours by hand.
Stop the WhatsApp chaos. Schedaddle puts the schedule where your team lives: on their phones.
A browser-based time clock for your store computer. Employees clock in, take breaks, and clock out — no app, no phone, no buddy punching. Your schedule stays locked.

The kiosk runs on its own signed cookie — completely separate from the GM's login. Employees can't navigate to the schedule, the team list, or settings. Leave the store computer on the kiosk all day without a second thought.
An employee who clocks in five minutes before their shift ends is late — not absent. The kiosk displays a real-time 'Late' badge for employees past their start time. No-Show is only set after the shift fully ends with no clock-in ever.
After ending a break, the Clock Out button appears immediately — no second PIN entry. The common end-of-shift flow (End Break → Clock Out) is two taps, one PIN.
Set the kiosk session to auto-expire after 8, 12, 18, 24, or 48 hours — or use 'Keep open' for 24/7 stores. Kill all active sessions instantly from Settings if a device is lost or a PIN is compromised.
Every clock-in, clock-out, and break is recorded in the same attendance tables as the mobile app. Hours Worked and Hours Breakdown reports reflect kiosk data automatically.
The store Kiosk PIN (6+ digits, no simple patterns) unlocks the session. Each employee then uses their personal Employee ID to identify themselves. Managers set both — employees never see the store-level PIN.
Retail labor law is a minefield. Schedaddle is the mine detector. Built-in knowledge for 16 global markets, from Kansas to Kuala Lumpur.
Quick-access summaries for OT thresholds, mandatory break times, public holiday rates, and minimum wage across 16 markets. When your labor lawyer charges $400/hr, we are a bargain.
Every post-publish shift edit is logged with who changed it, when, and what the original was. The PDF shows original times crossed out and the new time in red. Version numbers on every revision.
A time clock built into the Schedaddle mobile app: each employee clocks in with a personal PIN, and optional Face ID or fingerprint unlock keeps the app tied to their own device. Combined with geofencing, you know exactly who clocked in, from where, and when — no buddy punching. Managed via the mobile app (Full Sprint).
Data is only useful if you can actually read it. High contrast, zero fluff.
See exactly where your labor budget is leaking. Scheduled hours alongside actual clock-in to clock-out, with break deductions. Export to CSV or PDF.
Schedaddle flags potential overtime before it happens, not after you've already paid for it. Violation indicators in real-time on the schedule grid.
A breakdown of hours in each role: Lobby, Counter, Team Lead, Training. See at a glance if your mix matches your operational needs.
Per-employee training hour counters on the day view and weekly schedule. Approved hours vs. graduation threshold at a glance.
Most scheduling tools look like a spreadsheet from 1998. Schedaddle is built for the modern manager.
Because retail managers often work in the dim light of a back office or a 6 AM opening shift. Your eyes will thank us.
Need to adjust a role? Paint the blocks on the visual day-view. Opening, Closing, Training, Break - drag across the grid. As satisfying as a fresh cup of whole-bean coffee.
Every element has meaning: Arctic Blue signals action, Coral flags urgency, Mint confirms success. The visual language is consistent across every screen so your eyes always know where to look.
