Per-location pricing

Pay per location, not per head.

Schedaddle charges a flat monthly rate per store — with unlimited employees on paid plans and a free app for your whole team. No per-seat fees, no per-user fees, no bill that climbs every time you hire.

Per location vs per seat, as you grow

One store on Schedaddle stays flat. A typical per-employee tool (modeled at $4/user/month) charges more for every name you add.

Employees at one storeSchedaddle (per location)Per-seat tool (~$4/user)
8 employees$49/mo — flat$32/mo
15 employees$49/mo — flat$60/mo (and climbing)
30 employees$49/mo — flat$120/mo (and climbing)
50 employees$49/mo — flat$200/mo (and climbing)

Illustrative only. $4/user/month is a model figure for a typical per-employee plan, not a specific vendor’s current price; verify competitor pricing on their site. Schedaddle’s $49/location figure is The Schedaddle plan.

Per-location pricing FAQ

What does "per location" mean?

One physical store or venue is one subscription, with unlimited employees on paid plans. A chain of three stores is three subscriptions — each with its own schedule, team, and data. Your bill is driven by how many places you run, not how many people you employ.

Do I pay more as I hire?

No. On paid plans employees are unlimited, and the mobile app is free for every worker. Whether a store runs 8 staff or 80, the per-location price is the same — which is why seasonal and part-time hiring doesn’t move your software cost.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Scuttle is free forever for up to 8 employees: weekly schedule builder, availability, publish and email, and the mobile app. Paid plans add the auto-scheduler, labor-law reference, and the time clock.

How is this different from per-user pricing?

Per-user (per-seat) tools bill for every employee you add, so your cost climbs with headcount and spikes when you staff up for a busy season. Per-location pricing is flat — you can add your whole team without watching the meter run.
