The questions store managers actually ask.

What counts as a 'location'?

One physical store. A chain of 3 stores = 3 subscriptions. Each store has its own schedule, employees, and data.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades kick in at the next billing cycle. You won't lose data.

What happens when I hit the 8-employee limit on The Scuttle?

The app will politely stop you from adding employee #9 and suggest an upgrade. Your existing team and schedules stay intact.

Is there a contract?

Monthly, no lock-in. Cancel any time. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you into one.

Do employees pay?

No. The mobile app is free for employees on any plan. You pay once per location — your whole team gets access.

How does clock-in work on The Full Sprint?

Clock-in is a PIN plus a geofence check: when an employee taps clock in, the app verifies their phone's GPS against the store's radius and only allows the punch if they're on premises. Face ID / Touch ID is separate — an optional way to unlock the app instead of typing a password (device-level only, no biometric data is stored). It is not a clock-in method. The time clock requires The Full Sprint plan and the Schedaddle mobile app.

Keep doing it the old way and it's another week lost to building and rebuilding the schedule, the 9am-Saturday scramble for cover, and a wage bill you don't see until payroll runs — when it's too late to fix.

If building the schedule eats your week — and your software charges more every time you grow — Schedaddle is the right decision.
