Export a per-day timesheet CSV for Employment Hero Payroll — formerly KeyPay — keyed on employee External ID. KeyPay rebranded to Employment Hero Payroll, so rosters built in Schedaddle export straight into the same engine.
In Employment Hero Payroll (the platform KeyPay became), set each employee’s External ID to match the export, then use Manage Employees → Import Timesheets → Custom file upload and save the mapping for one-click reuse. Direct API push is on the roadmap.
